🔄 AURA 14-Day Return Policy

At AURA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Health, beauty, or personal care items (e.g., massage pillows, skincare tools) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return shipping instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll review the issue and resolve it promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

5. Exchange Policy

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
For exchanges due to size, model, or preference, additional shipping fees may apply.
The quickest way to receive a new item is to return the original and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Opened or used health & hygiene-related items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
